The classes are structured to connect movements with the breath. Each class starts with specific breathing techniques that helps to prepare the body, a set of exercises with a purpose and a short meditation.
The aim of the classes is to really connect back to your breath and body. Listening to the signals the body gives you and coming back into a balanced/relaxed state.

I was surprised by the quick rush of energy, the strong connection in the classroom, and how much stamina you need for some of the breathing exercises. It’s a very refreshing way to start the day, it sets you up for whatever else you need to do. I really enjoyed getting to know the practice Odette teaches! I was completely new to kundalini before my classes and I am now taking the Kundalini Level 1 training.
I am experiencing more positive energy, including being in general more inclined to take on new challenges and develop new healthy habits. I am starting to feel more balanced between my body and mind. Definitely a promising ongoing path to find further purpose and a dose of new happiness, while coping with change. I much appreciate Odette’s Kundalini Yoga classes. On the one hand they make me feel stretched, yet on the other hand they make me more relaxed and connected.
Working with Odette, I now understand the essence of breathing, listening to my body, doing whatever feels right. I feel more balanced, resulting in better sleep and feeling healthier and more fit than I have in a long time. I also have a sense of inner peace which better equips me to handle everyday life. I feel at peace, fulfilled and ready for whatever life has to offer. I’m so grateful that we can work together and that I’m investing in feeling the best I can.
I enjoyed doing the Reclaim Your Power course with Odette, it came at a good time for me because I was feeling that term we hear about more and more: languishing. The group sessions helped me to refocus on myself and find some real relaxation which also helped me channel more into my creative flow. The program helped ground me and I want to continue this journey so I am following weekly classes with Odette!"
Odette’s classes opened up a whole new practice for me. Learning the ability to sit still and actually enjoy it! Being more aware of how my body is feeling and understanding how to manage these feelings through simple techniques. Odette has a wonderful teaching style, mixing kriyas with meditation and chanting. She got me hooked to a form of yoga that is working for me. I particularly love how she explains everything in detail so that we can understand the meaning behind each word, pose, breath, and the benefits. She also gives options for varying ability levels which really helps to practice in a way that is most comfortable for you. She has a lovely, warm energy and is always willing to help.
