The classes are structured to connect movements with the breath. Each class starts with specific breathing techniques that helps to prepare the body, a set of exercises with a purpose and a short meditation.

The aim of the classes is to really connect back to your breath and body. Listening to the signals the body gives you and coming back into a balanced/relaxed state.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I prepare for the class?
Find a quiet place in your home. You will need a yoga mat, a pillow or booster and a water bottle. Also wear clothing that is stretchy and comfortable.
What is Kundalini and Yin Yoga?
I like describing them as the more calming yoga styles because we focus much more on the energetic-side to yoga. It is more about coming to stillness within your body and calming the body and mind by using the breath and specific poses.
I have never done yoga before, can I still join?
Yes! Classes are for every level and there are modifications available. I like to inform participants that they need to listen to their body and do what's comfortable for them.
I can't make the class times, are there other classes?

Odette’s classes opened up a whole new practice for me. Learning the ability to sit still and actually enjoy it!
